1. Shipments

All orders placed through our online store will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours, except in cases of force majeure or limited product availability.

Shipments are made from our logistics center in Valencia. Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding tracking code. This code will also be available in the customer's personal area of our online store.

2. Returns and Refunds

If the package arrives damaged or with visible defects, the customer must send clear and detailed photographs of the product and packaging to our contact email within 48 hours of receipt.

To process the refund, the customer must return the product to our headquarters. Once we receive and verify the condition of the item, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of purchase .

Returns of used or altered products will not be accepted unless an original manufacturing defect can be demonstrated.

3. Responsibility for the use of the product
